The beginnings of my career in hairdressing and barbering started when I was 14 as a 'Saturday lad' in a village salon, sweeping floors and washing hair etc. I moved onto my apprenticeship when I left school at 16 and gained my NVQ levels 2 &3, as well as invaluable tuition from a traditional master barber Mr David Fletcher, who taught me everything I know when it comes to Gents hair. I quickly took to my new vocation, and was told I was a 'natural'.  

Over 18 years later, I still like to keep myself inspired by continually developing my craft, whether its a new or different technique or cut I can bring to the salon, refining and improving my skillset and upgrading my equipment, using only the best professional tools.
